Booby’s Bay
Separated from Constantine Bay at high tide, but linked at low tide, Boobys is a great place to play beach games. Being a little inaccessible, it is rarely busy, even during the peak holiday season, but it is well worth the effort of getting to. You will need to bring everything with you, as there are no facilities at this bay.
Essential Features
- Safe sandy beach
- Dogs permitted
Access to the beach is either from Constantine, where there is a small car park. In the summer months, parking is increased by opening up a large field beside Constantine bay, or you will find another car park by following the road beyond the Booby’s Bay beach road, where it divides and leads to either the lighthouse or the lifeboat station.
A 10 kilometre circular walk takes in four of the Seven Bays, commencing at Harlyn and following the coastal path to Constantine. You can find out more about this walk on the iWalkCornwall website (See: Harlyn to Constantine circular walk).
